Run 10–14 hours a day, 40–70cm above the canopy. Start at 8 hours for the first week to acclimatise. Wipe the diffuser monthly. Pair with the smart timer for a sunrise fade.

The same lamp, three plants
Light falls off with the square of the distance, so 40cm above a seedling tray and 40cm above a fig canopy are two entirely different lamps. Anthos moves through the whole range on one column, without tools.
- 90cm — seedling trays, herbs and cuttings, close and gentle.
- 130cm — monstera, ficus and most large foliage, the position we ship it in.
- 175cm — olive, lemon and fig, lighting the whole canopy rather than the top leaves.
